I guess it really depends on their definition of roles and responsibilities. Another factor would be what book or curriculum they read versusd what you have learned. In the end, though, it really comes down to what your specific state has outlined...

- I'm 25 yrs old and in the middle of EMT-IV training through Middle Tennessee State University's Continuing Education Program. I'm a college graduate (from MTSU) with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology; with a minor in Mental Health, and Sociology.
I've always wanted to be a nurse; specificially a Labor and Delivery Nurse. However, I was unable to get into the nursing program at MTSU due to the lack of open spaces in the program. (That's why I switched to Psych).
Once I left MTSU, I worked at Lowe's full time as a Department Manager. I felt that I was missing something, something more in life, so I prayed to God and asked him "What's my purpose?" I did this several times: on different days, and different times, and I kept hearing the same answer: "To help people." --- That's how I came to the EMT-IV program, and I LOVE IT!!!

Roles and Responsibilities of an EMT
someone please tell me, are there really 58 roles and responsibilities of an EMT?? and if so, what are they? (i know about 17...)
